Telephones, for outgoing calls only, are available to inmates immediately upon their arrival and throughout their stay.
  • All calls are limited to 15-minutes
  • Calling hours in the housing units are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  In Admissions, local calls are free and the telephones are available 24-hours a day
  • All calls are charged on a per-minute basis.  Charges do not start accruing until both parties are connected.
  • There is no limit to the number of calls an inmate may place
  • The called party can refuse to accept and/or permanently block calls placed by inmates by following instructions in voice prompts at the start of each call
  • All calls, except calls to attorneys, are recorded and subject to monitoring
  • Several calling options are available:
    • Collect Calls: Calls places by the inmate and paid by the called party. Collect calls cannot be made to cellular telephones
    • AdvancePay: Pre-paid phone accounts are an alternative to traditional collect calls. Through our inmate telephone provider, you can pre-pay for incoming inmate calls.  After each call, funds will be deducted from your AdvancePay account.

Go to the Sign up Page to set up your online Prepaid Account or call (877) 650-4249

You will be able to receive calls within 15 minutes of adding funds to your account. You may also check your balance and recharge your account any time you need it

Any inmate calls accepted prior to opening your prepaid account will be billed on your local telephone service. Once your prepaid account is active, no additional charges will be billed on your local telephone service.

A prepaid account can be a good option if you have a collect call restriction enforced by your local phone provider, cannot receive inmate calls, have exceeded the collect call limit, your phone number is blocked from receiving inmate calls or if you want to manage your calling budget.

    • Debit Calling (Inmate Funded): Debit calls are placed by the inmate and paid for by the inmate.

A debit calling account is set up for each inmate at admission and allows the inmate to purchase debit calling time using the inmate telephone system. Payment is deducted from his/her inmate account.

Using debit calling, inmates can call facility-allowed phone numbers including cell phones, business phones, hospitals, international numbers and other commercial phone numbers.

Debit calling is a safe and easy alternative to prepaid and collect calls for inmates to stay in touch with their loved ones and is offered at a discounted rate.

For questions or concerns regarding the inmate calling system, contact Customer Service, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at (402) 599-2259
